Interview with analyst and broadcaster Brian Berletic, re-broadcast here on The Multiplural World, March 20, 2026 (61 minutes)

(Further below are links to a March 19 broadcast by Brian Berletic and a March 20 report from Tabriz, Iran by Canadian-Greek lawywer and broadcaster Dimitri Lascaris.)

Brian Berletic is a former U.S. Marine, international relations expert, writer and host of the YouTube broadcast ‘The New Atlas’. This interview was originally broadcast on the YouTube channel of Glenn Diesen on March 19, 2026.

Brian Berletic has been the most insightful analyst in alternative media of the war drive of the Western imperialist powers, particularly since the right-wing coup in Ukraine in February 2014 which led directly to the outbreak of the U.S./NATO proxy war against Russia in Ukraine in February 2022. Berletic explains, “I warned people months before the 2024 election in the United States that it didn’t matter who is elected because of the structural nature of the United States and its economy. The social and economic development of the U.S. and other Western powers is controlled and determined by large financial interests whose actions are predicated on the constant expansion of profit and power.”

Ever since the 2016 election in the U.S., Berletic has criticized the widespread view in alternative media that the Trump-led regimes elected in 2016 and again in 2024 have opposed the warmaking of successive U.S. governments, in conflict with a ‘U.S. deep state’ in seeking peace and an end to ‘forever’ wars.]
